This Terms of Reference is for a firm/consortium to develop and implement all aspects of a survey for the Impact Evaluation of the Health Results-based Financing (RBF) Pilot Intervention in a particular country. These data will constitute a key input to the baseline and impact analysis of the Impact Evaluation of the Health Results-based Financing (RBF) Pilot Intervention implemented by the World Bank.
